0. Who manages this list?
This list is managed directly by Living Cartoon Company. There is no third party; Listmonk is a free and open source service, which you can run yourself! This means:
- Your privacy is paramount! Thank you for trusting me.
- I will never disclose your info, ever, to any person or entity.
- Emails are relayed through MXroute, which is a solid provider. I chose them for this exact purpose.
1. When will I receive the next email?
I don't send out automated welcome emails, or spam your inbox. You will receive our very next newsletter campaign the moment we write and publish it.
2. How often do you send newsletters?
I am aiming for approximately once a month, maybe twice if I have more announcements, but I am notoriously low traffic.
3. I haven't received anything yet. Is it broken?
If an email did go out and you don't see it yet, please check your Spam or Promotions tab. To make sure our emails always land safely in your primary inbox, add our “From” email address to your trusted contacts list. If that fails, get in touch.
4. Can I read past newsletters?
Currently, there is no public archive. This page will be updated as that gets clarified.
5. How do I change my preferences or unsubscribe?
Every single email we send includes a personal link in the footer. You can click Manage Preferences to change which lists you are on, or click Unsubscribe to instantly leave—no hard feelings!
